We do not receive or store your passwords. Authentication is handled entirely by Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.

App Data

When you use the App, we store:

• Tasks and shopping list items you create
• Comments on tasks
• File attachments you upload (photos, documents)
• Family membership information
• Your notification preferences
• Your device push notification token

On-Device AI Processing

Voice input and image analysis are processed on your device using Apple's built-in AI capabilities. This data is never sent to our servers or any third-party service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide the task management and family collaboration features
• Send push notifications about task updates
• Display your name and profile to family members

We do not:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Use your data for advertising
• Track your behavior for analytics

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Storage), hosted in the European Union. We implement security measures including:

• Firestore Security Rules restricting access to authenticated members
• Storage rules with file type and size validation
• Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)
• Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in

4. Data Sharing

Your task data is shared only with members of your family group. We do not share your personal data with any third parties, except:

• Google Firebase: As our infrastructure provider
• Apple Push Notification Service: To deliver push notifications

• Your data is retained as long as your account is active
• You can delete individual tasks, comments, and attachments at any time
• To delete your account and all associated data, contact us
